Unified archiving produces enormous synergies and cost advantages. inboxx hyparchiv provides all overlapping services necessary for archiving:

• The Rendition Service ensures the creation of document copies with identical contents in a format suitable for long-term storage, such as PDF/A or TIFF.
• The Retention Service controls the administration of document lifecycles and safeguards them against being prematurely deleted.
• The Storage/Migration Service controls the write-protected filing and migration of archived objects on memory systems. All the commonly available storage systems for archiving both modifiable and non-modifiable data are supported.
• The Index Service ensures the preparation of index data and their distribution to SQL and fulltext databases, including OCR and text extraction of approx. 400 different file formats.
• The Query Service executes searches by attribute and fulltext taking into account the prevailing access rights.
• The Access Management ensures that every user is only granted allowed access rights to documents.
• The Logging Service logs activities of users and administrators taking into account the prevailing data protection conditions.
