inboxx is integrated in the existing e-mail infrastructure on the server side. The program archives all e-mails and attachments. You determine how it's done.

The e-mails are stored along with their attachments in a well-proven archiving system for long-term archiving designed to be fully revision-safe. Only small links are subsequently found in the mailboxes. The integrated Real Single Instancing procedure automatically eliminates doublets for archiving. The result is drastically reduced storage demand. The volume on the mail server drops by an average of 80%.
The number of mailbox items is also considerably reduced by the innovative Three Phase Archiving. The result is a far more stable e-mail infrastructure, which is also prepared for a sustained long-term fast growth in the e-mail deluge. Installation and start-up generally take only one day. inboxx is on the client fully integrated in Microsoft® Outlook. Microsoft® Outlook Web Access is also supported. The same applies for IBM® Lotus Notes, Novell GroupWise and others.
At first glance, apparently nothing changes for the e-mail user. Since inboxx inserts itself seamlessly and intuitively into the respective e-mail environment.
E-mails are found in the usual environment at any time – even after years – without difficulty by simple-to-use search functions. With central default settings, every user can immediately benefit from the advantages of the automated e-mail administration and archiving without having to re-adjust their way of working.
