Three Phase Archiving
Through the innovative Three Phase Archiving, the volume and the number of mail box-items will bee considerably reduced. A more stable e-mail infrastructure is the result which is also prepared for a long term rapid growth of the e-mail flood.
Real Single Instancing
The single instancing of the typical mail servers like for example MS-Exchange does not reach the desired effect in practice. Because e-mails are stored after a short time in PST-files, the normal single instancing reaches too short.
Whit inboxx this major disadvantage will disappear. During archiving the inboxx’s integrated Real Single Instancing automatically eliminates doublets. The result: drastically reduced storage need. The volume on the mail server decrease on an average by 80%.
Backup and Recovery Optimisation
With inboxx the backup efforts considerably decrease. On the one hand, the whole volume is clearly reduced and on the other hand the data are stored in a structure favourable for the backup.
